Hello again!
This is a 1924-1930 Whitman’s Salmagundi Chocolates Tin. There are two sizes that were sold with this design, I obtained a shorter one.
I took a photoset via my phone, and used Metashape to create an initial model and projection of textures. I then made my own model in Blender following the dimensions of the Metashape model, and reprojected the outside textures to this new model. I used Easy-Edit texture editing within Blender to project images taken of the inside of the tin to make the inside textures.
I found this tin while thrifting, and unfortunately, even with extreme care while initially cleaning it, I lost some of the pigment that was on the center mural on the lid. While this is unfortunate, we must continue on.
