This model's photo data was taken on Point-Source (Black Background) photos, and processed in Agisoft Metashape referencing "Cultural Heritage Imaging - Tommy Noble for Agisoft Metashape" resource documents to maintain best practices. Minor model edits as needed were taken between Agisoft Metashape and Blender.

These models were scanned and produced with a research process that captures surface texture and specularity more accurately. The research is led by Michael Tetzlaff from UW-Stout and is supported by a National Endowment for the Humanities grant, with Mia and Cultural Heritage Imaging as participating institutions.
These models show a comparison between a ‘fake’ or generic specularity map and and one generated from the photographic data specific to this object by Kintsugi 3D Builder, available soon.
